Terms and Conditions for PLASU Records Database Access

Effective Date: July 2026

1. Purpose of Access

This backup portal is provided exclusively for the ICT Director of Plateau State University (PLASU), Bokkos to generate backup copies of university records for administrative and operational purposes only.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All data generated through this system is strictly confidential. You agree not to share, disclose, or distribute any records (Staff, Students, Results, or Applicants) to any third party, vendor, or unauthorized person while the contract with i4cus Nigeria Limited remains active.

3. Prohibited Use

The data shall not be used for any commercial purpose, sold, or monetized without prior written approval from the Management of Plateau State University, Bokko.

4. Authorized Use Only

Data may only be used for legitimate university purposes such as backup, academic planning, regulatory compliance, and internal reporting.

5. Accountability

You are personally responsible for the security and proper use of all downloaded records. Any breach may result in disciplinary action, including termination of access and legal consequences.

6. Data Protection

You agree to handle all personal data in compliance with relevant data protection laws and university policies.

7. Termination of Access

i4cus Nigeria Limited reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice as long as the MoU binding the two parties still exists.
